Responsibilities
- Work with Receivables and Payables for Factory and Various Accounts schedules.
- File claims on rebates.
- Toyota care services.
- Process Vehicle Service Contracts such as GAP Insurance with Franchise.
- Daily Deposit Reconciliation.
- Reviews accounts receivable on a weekly basis.
- Researches and solves payment discrepancies.
- Processes payments and credits.
- Makes adjustments to accounts as needed.
- General ledger account reconciliation.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have 2-5 years Accounting experience.
- Accounting degree preferred (not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities and work as a team.
- Must be detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
